by Emma Richardson.  2.8 requires 5.4.4 or later. You can find the version you are using in your cpanel. You can also switch to a later version If needed.

by Rob Cole.  Yes, I have followed the documentation. Renamed the old URL to the new one in the .sql file before loading, transferred moodledata via Binary mode. But I still have the broken links.
