I can't copy a course in Moodle

Hi!

I need your help, I have been using Moodle for a short time and I am trying to make a copy of a course to which I have to make modifications.They are using version 3.11.6.

In the course configuration I have selected the "copy course" option, but when making the copy it remains in a loop where the "current operation" field appears as "restore" and the "status" appears as "100.00%"and it cannot make the copy of the course.

Could anyone help me please?

I need to copy the course and then hide it from users so I can make my modifications without them being visible to other users.
The course is currently in production and therefore I cannot test the course directly.
