It worked for two course copies. The third one showed the same issue and behavior:
1. Copy process finished
2. I am able to open the newly created course
3. I can confirm that no teachers get copied, although I marked the checkbox in the copy course wizard.
4. after about 1-2 minutes the course gets deleted by moodle ( also if I don't navigate to the course participant tab)
