From my point of view is the only difference from last week, that the site was in maintenance mode last week and today it is not in maintenance mode any longer.
Can this be the cause of the issue?
Is this an intended behaviour or a bug in the maintenance mode?
today I realized that the course copy process finishes without any issues. Teachers get copied (stay enrolled) as well.
