Seeking advice re an issue we are encountering while attempting to duplicate or restore quizzes (backup seems to work)
We suspect the issue may be related to the large size of the question bank.
We receive this error:
"error/restore_not_executable_awaiting_required"
The restore process seems gets stuck, and I do not know how to clear it.

Or using the Sharing Cart to restore - I get spinning wheels of death, that I can't get rid of too:
- I've managed to backup and restore the entire course with the offending quiz in question successfully (from Prod onto Pre-prod), then, I backup the quiz activity only and restored it again to a different test course (Pre-prod) then on a 3rd attempt it failed and got stuck (Pre-prod).
The same happened to another quiz from Prod, 1st time I restored it to Pre it worked, then 2nd attempt to restore it to Pre (onto same test course) it fails and remains stuck.
I've noticed this on PRE:
Moodle is saving and loading the controller but seems to be stuck in a loop?!
It should be noted that quizzes with smaller question banks do seem to restore.
- Can anyone please guide me in the right direction what could I check and how could I get rid of the stuck "Process Pending" or spinning wheel of death?
