I have started off by enabling the asynchronous backup/restore, but the asynchronous_copy_task or asynchronous_restore_task keep failing. Then, I chose to disable the asynchronous backup/restore option and choose course reuse > copy and course reuse > backup then manually restore options as well.
All options seems to lead to a new entry is created in mdl_course, but in asynchronous restore it just stuck there forever. The UI just show "process pending" forever. As for non asynchronous restore, the course entry in mdl_course just gets wiped out when I click on "perform restore". It keeps pulling up a course ID that doesn't exists and it looks exactly like the latest mdl_customfield_data id.
