Well it says it's enabled. Can you disable? When it comes to question types you don't know in what courses/quizzes those might be used!!!!
Visit that course ... any quiz contained therein and the question types. Evidently this question addon isn't backed up???? Dunno, really. If you can locate the quizzes that use that question type, could exclude those quizzes from the backup you make - that restore should work.
The other way to 'disable' is to find the directory for it and hide the directory from moodle by renaming the directory with a 'dot' in front.
Doing the latter I cannot predict what moodle might report ... other than missing from disk.
