Re: I can't copy a course in Moodle

Now I have a very serious problem. The course I was trying to backup is in production and after the second backup attempt it showed me the following errors:

error/cannot_create_directory.
and after clicking "continue" it showed the following message:
Session partitioning is complete. Please contact your system administrator.

And since then, every time I enter the main url to access the course it shows me the error:
Session partitioning is complete. You cannot access it at this time. Contact the administrator.

This is a very serious problem, the course that is in production cannot be accessed, no one can access it. And everything happened because I tried to make a backup copy. I do not have administrator permissions, they have given me a "manager" user. But anyway, every time you try to access the course it shows that error message and no one can access it.

What can I do? I need help urgently
