Re: course backup does not end

Hello again
I have tried for the second time to make a backup copy of the course but this time unchecking contents to copy to see if it will let me finish the backup copy. Now it gives me the following error:

error/cannot_create_directory.

According to what I have read it may be due to lack of disk space. But it refers to lack of space on the Moodle server? What can I do?

Can someone help me please?

NOTE: At the moment I only have one user with manager and tutor permissions. Moodle version 3.11.6
