course backup does not end

Hello!

I have tried to make a backup copy of a Moodle course but it remains in "perform backup" at 98% and never finishes making the copy and then proceeds to restore the course.

Can someone help me please?

I need to make a copy of this course to later hide it from users and be able to perform my tests.I have been working with Moodle for a very short time, I am alone in this.

NOTE: When trying to create a copy of the course with the "copy course" option I could not make the copy either since it remained with "status" = "pending process"
