Dear all,
I would like to know how we can efficiently back up a Moodle site. As far as I know, we should backup individually the DB, the php source code and the Moodledata. My concern is about the Moodledata. For us, it is about 500G now. Does all of the data inside the Moodledata must be backed up ?
By the way, how can we save the storage occupied by the very old courses? Is it possible to classify some folders inside Moodledata to move the ones associated to the old courses to slow disks and reserve the high-performance disk for recent courses?
