Having an issue with restoring 4.2, I backed up a course successfully without users. When I try to restore this course the course restores as a blank course. I do not see any restoration errors.
I was able to restore the course to another development instance, but my production site restores the course without any activities listed. I also queries the database to see if there were any associated activities with the course, 0 were reported.
Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?
