Course backup and Moodle version

I created a course on Moodle 4.2.1 and I want to migrate to another server. Due to restrictions on this server, we can use only Moodle 3.10.10. Do I have a chance to restore a course backup created on 4.2.1 on a server with version 3.10.10?

Up to now I made only some first steps with Moodle, so maybe it is a kind of stupid question.
