Since someone's looking at Reengagement, maybe they can look at the functionality of the %placeholders% as well. We tried to use %userdepartment% as a placeholder for the Third-party email, but it didn't work. Not sure if that's because it wasn't intended to be used in that manner, but it would be great if it did. Or even adding a new placeholder, like %Thirdpartyemail%, if that's an option.
