Appreciate the sentiment, but it's meaningless if my Call to Action is ultimately ignored. While it's certainly been angering to learn that my loss of time and work could have been avoided if I'd been properly warned, what I'm really trying to ensure is that this doesn't happen to anyone else. There are still many others who are possibly sitting on a ticking time bomb, unaware that their course backups are literally purging their work.
I'm sure you'd feel more urgency about this if you discovered that "the many hours" you've lost were the result of known bugs that others simply didn't bother to warn you about. And if that has happened to you, then wow, "There's something rotten in the state of Denmark" for that kind of thing to be happening. My heart goes out to anyone being subjected to that kind of abusive practice, as ALL Reengagement users are currently being subjected to as speak.
