The 2.8.11 (Build: 20160314) Moodle was installed by Softaculous from the A Small Orange control panel. I just sat back and let it proceed—the same sort of install I dream about finding at moodle.org one day. When I typed "shermankeene.com/classroom" in the Location line of my browser . . . there it was.
