Thanks for that Eloy. I have just done a quick test and enrolling a student does not change the course->timemodified field and there are no entries in the log that have the action of 'updated'. The ones shown are 'created' -> 'user_enrolment' and 'assigned' -> 'role'. Does that constitute a change to the course? I note in the log table that the field 'objectid' doesn't have the course ID for either of the two actions I've listed above, so does that answer my question?
