Now that I think about it more, the libraries are site-wide, so perhaps they do not need to be included in the activity backup at all.
What is the orthodox way in a case like this? Should all the necessary data and dependencies be included in the backup, or is it fine to possibly require some additional manual steps (installing all the necessary libraries) when doing a restore?
