Trying to restore user 'xxx' from backup file will cause conflict

Hi All,

I am trying to restore a course from our production server to our development server.  It is throwing the error  Trying to restore user 'xxx' from backup file will cause conflict for every use in the course.

I then removed all of the accounts on the dev server, and was able to restore the course.

I tried to restore a second copy of the course, and it is now throwing the same error for all of the accounts again.

Some accounts are LDAP and some are using External Database.

I have looked at the FAQ on Backup and Restore, but am confused where I would find the "firstaccess" information to edit the users.xml file from the backup.

Production is 2.7.1 and Dev is 2.7.4+
