See the dataroot path in your config.php file?

/home/imotionn/public_html/moodledata/

In THAT moodledata folder, create a repository directory and inside that directory create another directory to use to upload your .mbz files.    Then set up a file system repo to point to that directory.   You should see the .mbz files you uploaded there.

What the heck is "Crazy Domain Package"?

So they had an installer for Moodle script you used to install?   Well, there ya go ... they are NOT supporting what they have provided you to use.  Instead, they suggest to you that folks on Moodle.org forums will support for free AND provide support for issues they should be solving for their customers.  That's damn near criminal!
