The other solution I was thinking about was to start over.
Do the Moodle at imotion.nz
and
Joomla at imotion.co.nz
Maybe this will sort the moodle script out and have correct pathways established as per standard moodle packages. This Crazy Domain Package seems to have more hidden issues that good and simpler to go with a WHM setup.
