How to restore only newly added activities from a backup file

Actually what happen I take a backup from a moodle site1 and restore the backup in another moodle site2 and if the new activities is being added in same course of moodle site1 then I want that newly added activity is also restored in moodle site2 in the same course without deleting the course of the moodle site2 and their user interaction.
