Do we know where the equivalent setting would be for a Moodle 1.9.1 because my Moodle has also mysteriously stoped autobacking up as well, after years of trouble free backing up.
I've clutched every straw that I can find and the above seems plausible, I just don't know where it is / which table becasue it isn't in mdl_config_plugins.
