In your screen shot for 'Last Execution' ... all the dates in the 'Next backup' are for the month of June. This being Sept. those won't ever run this year!
Those are probably listed in:
select * from mdl_backup_courses;
the nextstarttime column is an epoch time stamp and I think if you were to convert that to humanly recognizable dates think you'll determine those won't be backed up this year! ... or ever!
Suggest resetting the schedule for autobackups ... to see if those dates get fixed to this year!
