Backup course with uploaded files

I want to move my local moodle-server from a bitnami-docker-system to a pure moodle server. I got all good but can't copy the already created courses. As they have videos in them created with the h5p_mod-plugin. The courses themselve are backed up, but the backup does not include the video files. Is there a way to include those? Else I need to do that manually and I don't want to do that.
