Persistent Timeout and Performance Issues When Copying or Deleting Courses

I’m currently facing an issue on my e-learning platform. For some time now, I’ve noticed that importing or duplicating course content has become extremely slow.

For example:

• When I try to import content from one course to another, the operation often takes more than 10–15 minutes, whereas it used to complete in less than a minute.

• Similarly, duplicating or deleting a course or an activity stays stuck in the loading phase for a long time and eventually triggers a timeout error.

This slowdown is especially noticeable for larger courses. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations to help resolve this issue?
