Hi,
I've configured auto-backups in our Moodle application, and they are working correctly for all courses except one. For this particular course, manual backups complete successfully, but the auto-backup does not finish.
The backup logs for this course show the status as finished with no errors, but no backup file is actually generated. When I deleted the related backup log from the database and ran the auto-backup again, the log then showed the status as unfinished for that course.
I also increased the server's max_execution_time to allow more processing time, but the problem still remains.
Has anyone faced a similar issue, or are there any suggestions on how to resolve or further debug this?
