Hello everyone!
I'm having the same problem.
First, I had asynchronous backups activated and the restore process simply got pending and never finished.
I disabled asynchronous backups and activated log developer errors.
I make a copy of a course (average size course of about 13MB with a variety of activities but no student info) and when i try to restore it to a new course it gives me both errors has show in the pictures posted by Jose Jurado plus, as i have log errors activated, some depuration info:

Error code: dmlwriteexception
When i looked for more info about dmlwriteexception I came to the possibility that the problem might be on the MysqlServer (V8.0.41) some webinfo tells that I must have Barracuda DYNAMIC row format on moodle database (I have COMPRESS row format).
Can anyone tell me if really it's the row format involved in this problem?
Don't know where else can I look...

P.S: I have the latest stable version of Moodle (updated when this restore error started)
