Hi Samir,
Moodle has changed a lot between 3.7 and 4.5 and I see in the documentation Upgrading that it says 'You can only upgrade to Moodle 4.5 from Moodle 4.1.2 or later.'
I suggest that you upgrade your Moodle 3.7.2 site to 4.1.14 (the most recent 4.1 version) and then create a backup to restore in your 4.5 site.
