In the past, I used DAT files to import BlackBoard quiz questions to the testbank in Moodle, and I do see dozens of DAT file in the zipped course file. Since we are a Moodle school, I don't have access to BlackBoard to download just the quiz questions, and neither does the faculty member. He downloaded the whole course when he left the other institution. No easy answers, I can just try importing some random dat files into a blank course and see if it results in quiz questions. Thanks.
