Import BlackBoard backup file in to Moodle 4.3

A faculty member recently came to me with several Zip files from when the person worked at a BlackBoard school. The faculty member had no idea which version of BlackBoard they used.

We use Moodle 4.3. I tried a restore using the Zip and also just renaming the Zip with an MBZ extension, and both failed. Any suggestions for restoring the course site? Unzipping the file, I can see lots of content, but the person wants the quiz question bank, and I am not certain which DAT files might be useful.
