I am hoping someone can help me. I cannot login to my moodle dashboard without receiving this error:
Config table does not contain the version. You cannot continue.
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by programmer: block_manager has not yet loaded the blocks, to it is too soon to request the information you asked for.
So, not getting much information or getting any help from resources on google besides enable Moodle debugging in the config file, which I have tried. The error then shows something different. I tried looking for resources or other forums with a similar problem, with no luck. The error I am receiving after enabling debugging mode:
