Found some stuff out. The unexpected index errors can be ignored, as it is us who set the index . Our Moodle is pretty big. The indexes speed up some processes considerably.

So what's left is the 'recompletion' plugin that gives some errors. We should get rid of it, I don't think anyone is using it anymore (might already be set as 'disabled')
