Hi Ken, I’ve read other posts on the forum suggesting that the issue might be caused by the moodledata/temp/backup/ folder, so I deleted everything in that folder and the records in the mdl_backup_controllers table with status 800 and execution times over 2 hours.
(I’m not sure if it was a good idea)
The mdl_task_adhoc table has no records.
There is a scheduler running cron.php every minute.
Still, I’m encountering the same error.
