Yeah, the backups from the 'old' system don't populate this field at all in the users.xml for any user, so I am trying to decipher how Moodle calculates this field when it is lacking. Other users in this backup (~ 500) didn't cause this issue and were restored without issues.
I've been going through a local Moodle install with debugging to try and find where in the code this field is populated, but I haven't found it yet. I assume Moodle is happy with setting this field against each user in the XML to whatever bigint I choose?
Is there any documentation on what fields in the users.xml Moodle will accept? I couldn't find anything in a quick search in the moodle.org search and moodledev.io
