I don't run nginx so can't give you specifics cept to point to Moodle docs on nginx config

Did see in your screen shot - browser tabs - what looked to be cPanel and Softactulous (sp?). Did you use Softac to install? cPanel has a file browser ... moodle code has a config.php file at same level as another file called version.php.
If I got to the right site, the login page looks 'wonkie' ... suggest purging the cache and see if that displays the login page as it should.
