Async backup is just broken in this Moodle 3.11 prodction site. I had it turned on and courses got stuck in the "Process pending" screen. (Yes, cron is running, yes the permissions are right, yes everything else works). "Process pending" courses never finish. A one page course with no content won't finish. It's not a size thing, it's not a time thing. I have courses in 'process pending' that have been there since last year. The site is not able to be updated to the 4.x branch.
Async backup has been turned off again. I'd like to back up some courses that are stuck in process pending, but I can't back them up because there are backups pending for this resource.
What do I do to delete ALL process pending jobs?
Any aync jobs are just failing. No reason is given in this report.
