Backup course making more than 2 GB

Hello,
We created a program to make a backup of a course by API, and move it to another server.

When trying to make a backup of a course larger than 2GB, I get the error 500 internal server error.

I get the same message if I try to make a backup of the website.

Have you already experienced this case ? 

I have the impression that Moodle is not capable of saving courses that are too large. We have courses larger than 10GB.

moodle version 4.1.9+
Windows Server 2019
