In all of your posting about the issue you've not mentioned what version of Moodle you are running ... and I see in config's /bitnami/ ... which is an app for 'easy' install of the AMP stack ... but not maintained by your server OS package manager.
I don't run bitnami so pardon my ignorance ... but ... wouldn't hurt to share PHP version and MySQL/MariaDB versions as well. From what I understand about bitnami the 'easy' initial install could turn into 'massive' and not so 'easy' upon upgrades to AMP stack plus your Moodle.
