In addition to Ken's questions, your post made me wonder:
1) If your Moodle takes 125 out of 150 GB, you cannot do even one backup. You appear to have only 25GB remaining on your server. Have your asked your server company what it would cost to be bumped to 300GB? Or more?
2) Regarding your #4, config.php is small... no problem. Next, backup your Moodle application. See how much space it takes. You might not have enough space to backup either your database or moodledata folder.
There are ways to backup to remote locations. But this will depend upon your answers to Ken's questions. It is always easiest to backup to your own server.
