Hello! I can't make a copy of the course and the message appears: error/error_opening_file
I had no problem making copies of the course in version 3.9, I updated to 4.11 and had not made any copies, so I requested support from the hosting server, I contacted him and reported the incident. But they claimed that they restored it to what it was on a certain date that I requested. I changed servers and downloaded version 4.3.3, but I still can't make copies of the courses, the same message that appeared on the old server also appears on the new one. Message: error/error_opening_file
Can anyone help me resolve this situation (do not copy the courses). Below is an image with information.
