Create a copy course without gradebook

Hi,
I create Moodle course copies using the following steps.
Site administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories > Select the copy course icon in front of the relevant course > Fill the form > Click on the Copy and view button.
When I go to the copy course, I can see that the course has been created successfully. But I don't want to copy the grade book (both assignments and grades).

Is there a way to do that?
