Copying course modules

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Moodle and I'd like to ask for advice on the following. I need to copy multiple activities from one course to another on the same Moodle site. The activities are part of the same module / topic (see screenshot below) and need to be copied to a different course. What is the best way to do this? Will I backup the whole course but only include the required module in the backup?
