I am having similar issues with all of my Moodle instances. I use Softaculous for my updates, opened a ticked with them and they said they do not see this on their end. At present, I am unable to delete courses and if I try to change the Auto Update setting for courses it also fails. Running Moodle 4.2.2 (Build: 20230814).
