Bitnami is a one off ... from what I understand to upgrade the moodle one has to get the entire Bitnami stack ... again. ![sad sad]()
Do see:
realpath: /bitnami/apache/conf: No such file or directory

It doesn't know which it's using? Or am I reading that wrong (probably).
Hmmmm ... looks like they are suggesting where you should go to resolve issues:
moodle 14:52:17.44 Subscribe to project updates by watching https://github.com/bitnami/containers
moodle 14:52:17.44 Submit issues and feature requests at https://github.com/bitnami/containers/issues

Me thinks you'll get more targeted response using Bitnami Forums!
If version requirements are met, all one has to do with Moodle having been installed with git is:
cd /path/to/moodlecode/
git pull
Then
php admin/cli/upgrade.php
check ownerships/permissions.
Done!
But ... sighhhh ... Bitnami doesn't acquire the moodle code via git. ![sad sad]()
