Just noticed ... the backup file name doesn't contain 'nu' in it's name (no user).
Not sure moosh has any command line switch to exclude users when you are restoring a backup to an existing course. That's what you are trying to do, correct?
Are we trying to add sections to an existing course?
How did you and from what server did the backup come?
