Course custom fields when importing

Hello all,

Is this perhaps a bug? I'm having trouble getting my course custom fields included when doing an import. Even though you are able to toggle the fields on/off in the import/restore proces nothing happens. 

I have tried the following settings:

• Importing: No course custom fields are included
• Restore into this course > Merge the backup course into this course > Overwrite course configuration = No: No course custom fields are included
• Restore into this course > Merge the backup course into this course > Overwrite course configuration = Yes: No course custom fields are included
• Restore into this course > Delete the contents of this course and then restore > Overwrite course configuration = NO: No course custom fields are included
• Restore into this course > Delete the contents of this course and then restore > Overwrite course configuration = Yes: Course custom fields ARE included 

Only the last option works, which unfortunately isn't useful for us. I need the import function.
