Hi
First of all i made a backup of the moodle and moodledata directories, then i dumped the DB just to make sure i could restore anything.
To upgrade moodle i followed the moodle documentation you can find at this link : https://docs.moodle.org/39/en/Upgrading (i used the linux procedure)
I want to make clear that i didn't lost my courses, most of them are just empty and some of them have the course introduction files.
Only the SCORMs are missing ... in my case SCORMs are 95% of the resources
Is it possible that when Moodle asked me to update the SCORM plugin it also overwrote all the data?
If thats the cause, how can i avoid it?
