Issue backing up certain courses

I just realized in our Automated Backup Reports that we have 4 backups with the following status:

Course backup ad hoc task pending: 4

In our last backup log I now see the following:

Unfinished: 5
Course backup ad hoc task pending: 1

Checking the backup logs I only see 4 as unfinished.  I went ahead and tried to backup one of the courese manually and receive the following error:

error/setting_already_added

The same happens with the other 4 courses that say the backup is Unfinished in the logs.

Does anyone know how I can 'reset' the backup state for these four unfinished jobs?

Any other suggestions on how to resolve?
