I am struggling to restore a Canvas course into our Moodle 3.11 site. I am finding limited resources online to help me troubleshoot. From what I've read, I should be able to import the content as long as it's stored in a .zip file. I've downloaded the course from Canvas Commons and it appears to be a .zip file. To be sure, I extracted all of the files, made a new folder, and zipped the files into the new folder. Course restore is not working. The .zip seems to be recognized by Moodle, but when I click continue, I receive an error message (screenshot below).
Any tips or tricks?
